Prof. Dr. Zareena Sultana is an internationally recognized educator, author, and human rights advocate whose transformative journey spans over three decades of dedicated service to education and society.

Beginning her illustrious career at the International Indian School, Jeddah in 1990, Dr. Sultana has continuously evolved as a leader in education, touching thousands of lives across continents. Her transition from Saudi Arabia to India in 2009 marked a new chapter where she established herself as a pioneer in innovative teaching methodologies and holistic education.

Currently serving as the Dean of Students' Welfare at ISL Engineering College, Hyderabad, Dr. Sultana combines academic excellence with a deep commitment to student development, mental health, and inclusive education. Her expertise spans English Language Teaching, Soft Skills Development, Communication Excellence, and Educational Leadership.

The Beginning

Physical Education Teacher | International Indian School, Jeddah

Started my educational journey as a Physical Education teacher, laying the foundation for a career dedicated to holistic student development.

1990-2009

Leadership in Jeddah

Head of Department & Discipline In-Charge | IIS Jeddah

Led the Physical Education Department and served as Discipline In-Charge for over 5,000 students. Organized major events including India Festival, Women's Festival, and cultural programs as General Secretary.
